Torat Kohanim, the Book of Vayikra, with Rashi's commentary and Aderet Eliyahu, commentary by the Gaon of Vilna. Kopust, 1818.
Special edition, including the commentary of the Gaon of Vilna on the Book of Vayikra and selected commentaries. A letter of approbation by R. Chaim of Volozhin, disciple of the Gaon of Vilna, was printed at the end of the foreword.
The publisher integrated into the commentary of the Gaon of Vilna selected commentaries from Rashi's commentary on the Talmud and passages from Torat Kohanim. The list of mitzvot and their explanations from the book Mitzvot Hashem were printed at the foot of the pages.
[8], 106 leaves. 19.5 cm. Printed (partially) on bluish paper. Most leaves in good condition. Stains. Minor marginal tears to title page, not affecting text (open tear to corner of title page, repaired). Worming and tears to two final leaves, slightly affecting text, repaired (professionally restored with paper). Leaves trimmed, with damage to headings of several leaves. Stamp and inscription on title page. New binding.
