About 370 documents, letters and paper items, printed and handwritten, from various sources in the Jewish community in the cities of Reghin and Bucharest - Romania. Mid-40s-early 50s. Romanian, slightly Hungarian, Yiddish and German.
A collection of letters and documents of first-class historical importance sent by the Federation of Romanian Jewish Communities (Federaţia Comunităţilor Evreieşti din România), dealing with a wide area of Jewish life in the city after the terrible Holocaust, and the fate of the rest of the refugees in all Romanian cities. The collection also includes forms, reports, communist propaganda materials, personal letters from various influential Jewish sources, and other items.
