מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, "י"א לחודש הגאולה" [ניסן] תשי"ג [1953].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
בראשית מכתבו כותב הרבי: "הפ"נ שלו ליו"ד שבט נתקבל, ולפלא שאינו כותב על דבר הסתדרותו". בהמשך מכתבו מברך הרבי: "ולקראת ימי החג הבאים עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לחג הפסח כשר ושמח".
