Set of Mishna Brura Books that was Printed during World War II - Rare

A set of the Mishna Brura, the commentary and rulings of Rabbi Yisrael Meir Hacohen, the "Chafetz Chaim" on Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim. Printed in the middle of the Second World War, 1942.

In this edition are new and special approbations which do not exist in all of the other editions of the Mishna Brura. The approbations are from Rabbi Mordechai Brisk, Av Beit Din of Tasnad author of responsa "Maharam Brisk", the Rosh Yeshiva of the largest Yeshiva in Hungary of his time, and by Rabbi Yehuda Segal Rosner, Av Beit Din of Szekelyhid and author of "Imrei Yehuda", who was also a Rosh Yeshiva in his city. The two Rabbis were murdered in the sanctification of G-d's name in 1944.

Condition: Very Good. In some of the books the cover is partially or completely detached from the spine. In part one, a number of pages are detached from the spine.
