Derasha for Meal After a Brit Milah – 19th Century

A derasha for the meal after a Brit Milah. Yiddish and Hebrew (vowelized). Pleasant handwriting. 19th century.
The derasha is based on the words of the Midrash Rabbah; "Turnus Rufus asked Rabbi Akiva which deeds are better, people's or G-d's". Amongst the many questions which Rabbi Akiva is asked: "Seeing as He desired circumcision why were [people] not born circumcised", and the derasha is built on this. We did not find a source in other books for the style of the speaker's explanation.
