A number of important learned glosses in handwriting on the margins of the pages of the Gemara and the Rosh, it seems that these are glosses that Rabbi Moshe Tikochinsky wrote during his learning.
Rabbi Moshe Tikochinsky was amongst the molders of the style of learning and education of the Slabodka Yeshiva in Bnei Brak, and even served as the main Mashgiach in the yeshiva, he left behind him hundreds of students who follow in his path.
Rabbi Asher Nissan Levitan (died in 1956), was amongst the great rabbis in America and of the rabbis of the Bronx neighborhood of New York, the uncle of Rabbi Eliezer Menachem Man Shach (his mother's brother).
