a. Tikkun Yom HaAtzmaut, Jerusalem 1955.
"The order of prayer, tikkunei seuda and other customs of the day with the addition of sources, explanations and a collection of relevant sources". Published by the World Zionist Organization. Edited by Rabbi Moshe Zvi Neria [anonymously]. The "Tikkun" was only printed twice: in 1955 and in 1956.
On the second side of the title page: "printed with the approval of the Israeli Chief Rabbis". On the title page is a stamp: "a gift from the Ministry of Religious Affairs".
The booklet includes laws, customs, the order of raising the national flag with verses ("You gave those who fear You a banner to wave", "each man to his flag with signs" and more), the order of prayer and Hallel (without a blessing, according to the opinion of Rabbi Herzog).

b. Seder HaTefillot V'HaHodayot, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Jerusalem 1955.
"The order of the prayers and thanksgivings for Yom HaZikaron for the heroes of the War of Independence and for Chag HaAtzmaut, established and founded by our rabbis in the Land of Israel". Published by the governmental printer. Printed by the governmental printing press, Jerusalem. Booklets in this style were printed yearly for Israeli Independence Day between the years 1950-1960.

A booklet of the same sort as the booklets above, but in a bigger format, and a slightly shortened version.
After the Prayer for the State of Israel a special prayer was added "for the welfare of His excellency the President of the State" Yitzchak Ben-Zvi, and a prayer for World peace: "Please have mercy on Your world on the lands and the people".
