On one side of the head of the hammer the verse from Jeremiah 23:29 is engraved: Is not my word like a fire says the Lord and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces. The verse is punctuated and written in mirror writing. On the reverse side, the Turkish translation of the verse is engraved, also in mirror writing.
