PENNSYLVANIA MAN CHARGED WITH FORNICATION AND BASTARDY
Partly-printed D.S., 1p. oblong 8vo., Adams County, PA, Aug. 1833, a Grand Inquest finding that one Jacob Dietrich, '...did commit fornication with a certain Catherine Lugnicka, single woman, and a male bastard child on the body of her...did then and there beget...'. One hole, else very good. The Pennsylvania law remained in place until at least 1975.
