Postal cover honoring the 1972 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, signed on the face by ALBERT SPEER (1905-1981) Nazi German architect and Minister of Armaments and War Production, convicted of war crimes at Nuremburg, and KARL DONITZ (1891-1980) German admiral who headed the U-Boat arm of the German Navy, later succeeded Hitler as Fuhrer after Hitler's suicide.
