Description: Of bulbous form, with band of stylized acanthus leaves on neck base, applied handles and spigot, the detachable domed lid with band of acanthus leaves on splayed edge and ornate acanthus finial, the stand resting on three curved legs with spreading acanthus mounts and lion's paw feet, mounted on wood bases. The stand is complete with its original burner. All pieces are stamped with French Minerve 1st standard silver mark (.950) and maker's mark: A. Aucoc.

 

Dimensions: Height - 42 cm, overall weight – 1753 gr.

 

Condition: Small dent in burner, missing spigot handle, dents in lid's inner rim, otherwise good.
