Some congregations in Italy recited these poems regularly.
Rabbi Binyamin Ha’Cohen Vitali from Italy (1651-1730, Otzar HaRabbanim 3692), one of the biggest sages of his generation. He and his son-in-low, Rabbi Yisha'ayah Bassan, were rabbis of the Ramcha"l.
