17 typed pages, with notes in Hebrew and English on every page. Together with an off-print of the published biography of the famous Rabbi Chaim Shmuel Yaakov Falk – known as ‘the Baal Shem of London’, published in Berlin 1903.
Chief Rabbi Herman Adler (1839-1911), son of Chief Rabbi Nathan Adler of Hannover and London, assistant, and later successor to his father as Chief Rabbi of Great Britain and Av Beth Din of London. Author of writings on Anglo Jewish history and two volumes of sermons.
