Four letters from the glorious Buksbaum family, in Yiddish and German, most significant a letter from the great gaon Rav of Galanta Rabbi Yehoshua Buksbaum, written in German with his holy signature in Hebrew. 
* Yiddish letter from the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Buksbaum Shocet from Pupa, father of the great Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Buksbaum, to his sister Mrs. Rivka Levi in Jerusalem, Israel, about his well-being and medical treatment for their other sister Mrs. Tzivia. Cut in two parts.

* Letter of greetings from the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Shamuel Binyamin Buksbaum, son of the Gaon Rabbi Yosef and brother of the great Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua abd of Galanta, to his aunt Mrs. Rivka Levi from Jerusalem. Letter in German on second side.

* Very long letter, 5 pages, all in German hand written by the Great Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Buksbaum abd Galanta, combined with Hebrew words and his holy signature in Hebrew as well.

*Yiddish letter, from the Gaon Rabbi Yosef of Pupa to his father Rabbi Yitzchak of Jerusalem, in which he mentions his children: Yaakov Meir, Leib, Miriam, and a list of names of people from the attractive Pupa community who sent money for Tzedaka.
The prominent Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Buksbaum abd Galanta (1877-1944). from great scholars of the generation. Disciple of the Dayan in Pupa, the Be'ar Shamuel, and the 'Levushei Mordechai' – 'Mader Ruv'. Supported the Agudat Yisrael and was from its Hungarian leaders. Was massacred in the Holocaust together with his holy community, despite approval from the Nazis to release him along with his family.
