The book Leshem Shevo Ve'Achlama – sefer HaDeah – part 2, first edition, Piotrkow, 1912. With an important footnote in the actual holy handwriting of the Kabbalistic genius author.
The Rabbi Shlomo Elyashiv (1841 – 1926) was the greatest Kabbalist in his generation. From an early age Rabbi Shlomo was known for his greatness in the Torah of Kabbalah, and he edited most of the Kabbalistic works of the Vilna Gaon for printing . His comments to the book 'Etz Chayim' were printed in the Warsaw edition 1891 under the name comments of Rabbi Shevach (Shlomo ben Chaikel). His series of books on Kabbalah which are called Leshem Shevo Ve'Achlama was printed in the years 1909 – 1948 and they are amongst the basic works of the wisdom of Kabbalah. In the year 1924 he moved to Jerusalem with the help of the Chief Rabbi Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak Kook, his long term friend, and was received with great admiration by the great Kabbalists of Jerusalem., including HaRav HaSadeh (Chayim Shaul HaKohen Davik) and the students of the Ben Ish Chai who had heard from their Rabbi about the greatness of the Leshem.
Included is an additional volume, the book Leshem Shevo Ve'Achlama, from Sefer Haclalim, Jerusalem , 1926. Published after the death of the Gaon the author by his son in law Rabbi Avraham Elyashiv, the father of our teacher the halachic ruler of the generation Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv. A copy which was used by the famous genius and Kabbalist Rabbi Zundel Krozer, author of 'Or HaChama' (according to the testimony of the students in the Beit Midrash Beit Rachel in the Knesset Yisrael neighborhood of Jerusalem).
