Religious Letter in the Handwriting of Rabbi Aharon Shmuel Assad of Szerdahely
Rabbi Aharon Shmuel Assad (1830-1905) was one of the greatest rabbis of his generation. The son and replacer of Rabbi Yehuda Assad of Szerdahely. The student of his great father and of the Ketav Sofer. He was taught by Rabbi Shlomo Kloger and Rabbi Avraham Shag. He left many religious compositions, from which the books 'Sheilat Shmuel' Responsa and 'Sefer Esh Dat' were printed.
The letter is a halachic comment to the author of a book about the words of the author of 'She'agat Arye'.
Two closely-written pages in nice handwriting, with a signature.
