A political poster made up of a serialized story in which the French Nationalist Party's view - to strengthen the proletariat's status - who pay taxes that only the heads of government enjoy. On the margins of the banner is the message of the party: "faut bien que impots soient payes par l'ensemble des contribuables; mais en supprimant toutes les depenses inutiles l'etat, le parti Nationaliste s'efforcera de diminuer les charges du peuple et de les repartir plus equitablement". (The Nationalist Party will work to reduce taxes, and use public money equally for all parts of the nation). The poster was printed for the 1902 election by the Nationalist Party which was anti-Semitic and anti-Dreyfus.
