Three anti-Semitic leaflets by German General Erich Ludendorff, Hitler's first supporters early on. Published by Matilda Ludendorf his wife - who herself was directly involved in racist propaganda. Munich, 1936-1937.

The pages before us show the various publishing publications of the couple's writings published in 1936-1937, which deal with attempts to expose the supposed lies of Jewish tradition, accompanied by anti-Semitic cartoons. One of the cartoons shows a Jew hiding behind a Bible, and the antisemitic caption: "The Great Disappointment - The Bible is not the Word of G-d" - and also Ludendorf's publication: "Jews are the cause of the destruction of nationalities by Christianity." An advertisement for Martin Luther's anti-Semitic book "The Jews and Their Lies" and more.

Erich Ludendorff [1865-1937]: Nationalist fanatic, a German general, one of the leaders of Germany during the First World War I. After the war created the myth that Germany could win the war, but the activities of traitors from the inside, especially the Jews who "stabbed Germany in the back" led to Germany's defeat in the war. In 1923, he Helped to Adolf Hitler In an attempt to seize power, where Hitler and his supporters tried to take over the state of Bavaria and overthrow the legal German government. Stabilizing Hitler's side helped legitimize Hitler, who until then was an anonymous speaker with a dubious past, and now stood side by side with Germany's best-known war hero. After the coup and the dismantling of the Nazi Party, he was elected to the Reichstag as a representative of the National Socialist Freedom Movement in 1924 and held that term until 1928.

After 1928 he actually retired from political activity. Under the influence of his second wife Matilda (nee Spice), whom he married in 1926, he developed a fanatical ideology whereby those responsible for the catastrophe of the world are Jews, Christians and Freemasons. In order to spread this Torah, he founded the "Bund für Gotteserkenntnis", a small and esoteric society whose remains are to this day.  At his last years, Ludendorff changed his mind about Hitler, and on February 1, 1933, two days after Hitler's appointment as chancellor, Ludendorff sent a letter to President Hindenburg warning him of Hitler, stating: "After all, I solemnly predict that this disastrous man will cast our Reich into the abyss and bring a distress to our nation that will not go unnoticed. Future generations will curse you in your grave for this step." In his last years he was considered eccentric.
