Designed as a fluid festoon, continuing with two rows of loosely hanging old cut diamonds (approx. 73 diamonds in total), and terminating with two fine old cut diamonds, weighting 1.7 Ct and 1.4 Ct, all mounted in 18K silver top gold.

One of the diamonds detached, but present.
