This sefer is one of the classic responsa sefarim; besides for the responsa of Rav Eliyahu Mizrachi (known as HaRe'em), it includes responsa from the sages of his generation- for example Rav Tam ben Yechiya, Rav Eliya HaLevi, Rav Moshe Alshaker, Rav Yaakov ben Chaviv and many others.
Pages 109-110 are missing from this sefer, which is the case in most copies of the sefer.
