ALBERT SPEER

(1905-1981) Nazi German architect and Minister of Armaments and War Production, convicted of war crimes at Nuremberg. Signed FDC, part of a 1974 series with the label 'Retarded Children Can Be Helped', showing a printed image of young boy holding the hand of an older figure and bearing four related postage stamps. Speer signs at the bottom in blue ink. Fine, with Oct. 12, 1974 cancel.
