JUAN ANTONIO RIOS
(1888 - 1946) President of Chile from 1942 to 1946, during the height of World War II. Partly-printed D.S., 1p. 14 x 12.25 in., Santiago, March 15, 1944, a wardate award document to one Professor GEORGE T. PACK (1898-1969), renowned American oncologist whom founded the Pack Medical Group and once operated on Argentinian first lady Eva Peron, signed by Rios at bottom-right in blue ink. Framed. Torn toward the bottom, else fine.
