THIRD REICH BOARD GAME: "ADLERLUFTKAMPFSPIEL"
Very rare original strategy board game, titled "Adler-Luftkampfspiel", simulating air battles, bombing missions and tactics, invented by an officer of the German Luftwaffe with the main objective to bomb an enemy town, factories, and train station to rubble. The size of the box is 12 x 9 in, and it bears an image of German aircraft in front of a shot-down enemy aircraft. The board is 24 x 11.5 in. (unfolded), and the game includes the complete set of game pieces: six plastic bombers and six plastic fighter planes for each of the two players, as well as all playing stones, dice and detailed instructions. Base of the box bears a slight tear, yet contents remain snugly inside. Excellent condition.
