Daguerreotype photographic portrait of a pair of women in fine dress. Housed under glass in a gilt metal frame encased in a stamped leather and wood case lined with yellow velvet.
Provenance: Property from the distinguished collection of Mr. James Lee Soffer, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Height: 3 3/4 in x width: 3 1/2 in x depth: 1/2 in.
Condition: Some discoloration along the edges of the photograph. Spots of discoloration to the metal. Some small losses and areas of wear to the case as expected with age.
