Mike Lynch "Harvest Moon" Oil Painting 1989
Mike Lynch (American, 1938-2023). Oil on panel painting titled "Harvest Moon" depicting a nocturnal landscape with a low moon hanging in the sky. A corona of light encircles the moon, radiating outwards into the deep blue-black sky, 1989. Signed along the lower left. A label from Groveland Gallery is affixed to the verso.
Sight; height: 11 1/2 in x width: 16 3/4 in. Framed; height: 19 in x width: 24 in x depth: 1 1/2 in.
Condition: The colors are deep and bold. Surface is stable. No losses or signs of restoration under UV light. Extremely light wear along the extreme edge. There is one extremely minute red spot along the center of the work that may be an accretion. Verso not inspected.
