Ancient Chinese Gold Bead Necklace
String of ancient Chinese gold beads, likely Han dynasty. Total of 41 beads in differing styles and shapes with filigree and welded elements. With a modern clasp. Similar examples have been found among the excavations of the Hepu Han Tombs and the Warring states Qin Tombs of Taerpo Village, Shaanxi near Qin Xianyang City.
Length: 14 1/2 in. Weight: 59.5 grams.
Condition: There is very light wear throughout. No major scratches, dents, or losses. The clasp functions and works well. The items have not been tested for gold content.
