A special document, an arrest warrant on behalf of the court signed by the 'Zitz Eliezer' and Rabbi Ovadia Yosef - 5777
A painful document sent on behalf of the Regional Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem and addressed "to the officials of the police and the police in Jerusalem and all parts of the country".
"Let it be known to you, " the rabbis write, "that this arrest warrant was issued for the husband Mr... (deleted in the original), the address is unknown, and we order you to seize the man and bring him before the court..."
On the application appear the signatures of the Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg, Maran Hagaon Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, and the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Kapah, with the seal of the court.
