A letter by Rav Zalman Sender Kahane to Rav Josef David Rushkin- Schachor, Rav of Antopol and Siemiatycze with warm sincere wishes for the New Year: ”ויחדש ד' על כ”ג וכב”ב שי' שנה טובה ומבורכה בבריאות גופא ובהצלחה רבה ברוחניות וגשמיות”.  Rav Kahane was a close Talmid of the Beit Halevy and learned with Rav Chaim Soloveichik. He was admired and appreciated as a holy man whose Brachot came true. Founded the Yeshiva ”Anaf Etz Hachaim”, an important Yeshiva in Lithuania. His letters are very rare. 22 lines written on a card, in excellent state.
