A rare Protest Letter from Three Prominent Gedolim against Chilul Shabbos and Indecent Advertisement Pictures In public.
This is a protest letter from 1986, signed by the three prominent Litvishe Gedolim of the time =
- Harav Eliezer Menachem Shach
- Rabbi Shlome Zalman Auerbach
- Harav Eliashiv
At that time there were G-d fearing Jews who couldn't bear the chilul-Hashem and ripped off those provocative pictures, only to be arrested and sentenced for jail time.
The Gedolei Yisroel protest these actions and call upon every Jew who has influence, to use all that he has to change matters in all above aspects, Shabbos and the purity of the streets of Eretz Yisroel
