Avoda Zara, Horayot, Eduyot, Masechtot Ketanot and Makot “with Rashi’s commentary, Tosafot, and piskei Tosafot and Rabbeinu Asher and the Rambam’s commentary on the Mishnah. As printed in Venice the capital by Justinian [1546-1551]…”. With additions, printed by Emmanuel Benvenisti in Amsterdam.
The volume includes Avodah Zara (1646)—96 leaves. Missing the tile page. Horayot (with Rashi and Tosafot…as on the title page, which does not fit what is actually in the Masechet), 1647, 16 leaves. Eduyot, 1647, [17]-32 leaves (error in the lettering of the pages). Avot d’Rabbi Natan, Masechet Sofrim, Evel Rabati (called Masechet Smachot), Masechtot Kala, Derech Eretz Raba and Zuta, Perek HaShalom, Avot with Rambam and Shmoneh Prakim of the Rambam. 28 leaves. Makkot, 1645. 26 (supposed to be 28) leaves. This copy begins on leaf 4 (no title page).
Old worn binding, defective. Stains and mold. Worming damage. Tears in some with damage to text. Overall poor to fair condition.
