Chemdat Yamim Two sections - Zholkva, 1756. Copy of Rabbi Aryeh Leib of Ozarov (?)

Rare edition of Sefer Chemdat Yamim, Shabbat Kodesh section and Rosh Chodesh section, bound together.

On the upper part of the title pages of both section, a signature:  "הכר נא למי החותמת הצעיר באלפי ישראל הק' יהודא...חונה פה ק"ק אזיראוו"

Additional stamps and signatures of the Admor Rabbi Naftali Weiisblum of Bolachov, the grandson of the Noam Elimelech (passed away in 1918) and of the "famed sage ... Zvi Hirsch".

We could not find a manuscript or signature for comparison. It should be noted that there was a heated controversy about the book Chemdat Yamim and it was usually not studied by Chassidic communities.

The holy Rav Rabbi Yehuda Aryeh Leibush of Ozarov - the father of the Ozarov dynasty, a disciple of the Chozeh of Lublin and friend of the Hayehudi Hakadosh of Pshischa. After the passing of the Chozeh, he used to travel to the holy Rav the Or Lashamayim who revered him.

In 1812 became Rav of Ozarov. In 1827, his Rav the Or Lashamayim of Apta passed away and since he was his leading disciple, he was appointed Admor vt rge Apta Chassidim, becoming the Admor of Ozarov. Passed away in 1837.
