Rare and important edition. Shut HaRashba attributed to the Ramban - Zholkva, 1798
With an approbation by Rabbi Yehuda Leib Kahana, the brother of Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac the author of Brit Kehunat Olam and Rabbi Meshulam the author of Pitchei Nidah/. And with an approbation by the Rav author of the Mishnat Chachamim, Rabbi Yosef Hochgilranter.
Shut HaRashba was attributed at first to the Ramban since the printer saw the Ramban's name signed in Siman 288. The editors of later editions, however, understood that not the entire Shut was by the Ramban.
Rabbi Yosef Karo wrote that he knew the Shut was authored by the Rashba (see Hebrew catalog text).
