In this edition, which was edited by Rabbi Binyamin ben Rabbi Avraham of the Anav family, the composition was revised, shortened and divided into twelve chapters (the original book having being divided into seven chapters only). All following editions of the book, up to the Vilna 1892-1902 edition titled Sefer Yere'im Hashlaem, followed this one.
originally, 146 leaves. The title page and leaf 4 were completed with early, artistic script. leaf 3 is missing. On the (detached) flyleaf, an artistic illustration of a tree with birds and a star-of-David on its top, apparently by the same writer.
