Unique. Tehor Ra'ayonim, first edition, with lengthy notations handwritten by Rabbi Tuvia Yehuda Tavyumi from his youth and later - Warsaw, 1896.

Sefer Tehor Ra'ayonim on the Torah, section I, Warsaw 1896 - first edition.

By the holy Rav Rabbi Yom Tov Netil, a disicple of the Chozeh of Lublin.

Enthusiastic approbations by the leading Admorim of Poland.

On the flyleaves, lengthy, interesting ownership notations by Rabbi Tavyumi, f from his youth.

On the back flyleaf, a lengthy manuscript of two pages discussing the words of the Tehor Ra'ayonim, written in slightly poetic language.

On the lower part of the notation, Rabbi Tavyumi wrote: "These comments are from when I was a boy of approx. 17 years and immaturity is reflected in them, Tuvia Yehuda (Sochochin?)".

A lengthy, important gloss by Rabbi Tavyumi appears inside the book, on leaf 44 - apparently from a later period.

The Gaon Rabbi Tuvia Yehuda Tavyumi (1882-1953) a disciple of the Avnei Nezer. Corresponded with Gedolei Yisrael on varied topics including educational ones - which were dear to his heart. Served as Rav of Sochochin. In 1930 immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and settled in Tel Aviv, where he refused to accept a rabbinic position and earned a living from the grocery shop managed by his wife. Rabbi Tavyumi published many articles in the contemporary press, signing them by the name of Ben Zvi or "one of the rabbis". He also published the book Shut Eretz Tovah and additional books.
