Second edition. Tehillim Romemot El - Amsterdam, 1695. Copy with the handwritten signature of the Gaon Rabbi Shimon Segal, the brother-in-law of Rabbi Akiva Eiger.
Commentary on Tehillim by Rabbeinu Moshe Alshich.
Signatures on the title page, including מאת ה' היתה זאת למנה הצעיר שמעון בהרב המאה"ג מוהרר"י פייבלמן סג"ל...." and an additional signature by him.
The Gaon Rabbi Shimon Halevi Segal (passed away in 1842) the son of the Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Halevi Segal Feibelman, Dayan and Moreh Tzedek of Lisa, the Rav of Satmar, who was the in-law of the Gaon Rabbi Akiva Eiger. Rabbi Shimon was the disciple of his great brother-in-law Rabbi Akiva Eiger, who said of him "אשרי יולדתו". Served as Av Beit Din of Rogozen and Fordan. Authored many books, most of which were lost in a fire in 1855, except for two books Chidushei Rabbeinu Shimon Halevi and Sefer Sha'ar Shimon.
On verso of the title page, a notation: "ב"ה גדליה.."
A stamp at the end of the book of Rabbi Nachman Baruch Hacohen Rubenstein Av Beit Din of Kortashov: "נחמן ברוך הכהן ראבינשטיין פלך ווארשא אב"ד דק"ק קארטשוב".
