Siddur Derech Chaim, Ashkenazic version, with Dinim by Rabbi Yaakov of Lisa and Tikunei Shabbat by the holy Rav Moshe of Zolshin.
On the last leaf, Dinim, Hanhagot and varied matters by the holy Rav Rabbi Avraham David of Buchach "who ordered to print them in the Siddur".
We could not find bibliographic reference of the Siddur.
On the top of the title page, an ancient signature.
Trimmed gloss on the margins of one of the leaves of the Selichot - apparently, a Piyyut.

Blemished binding.
Slightly bluish paper.
Stains. Many marks of usage. Moth and some wear to the first half of the Siddur. Its second half is in good condition.
