A Rebishe Zohar Kadosh. The entire Sefer HaZohar at the press of the Shapira Brothers - Zhytomyr, 1863. Had belonged to one of the Tzaddikim. 

The holy Zohar printed by the brothers Chanina Lipa and Yehoshua Heschil Shapira, the grandsons of the Rav of Slavuta. 

At the beginning of the section of Bereshit, an important approbation by the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl. 

An entire original set in fine condition! With special red leather bindings with gilt impressions, from 1895, made by a Chassid for his Rav with an impression of Chassid in his mother's name on the lower part. We have no information about this Chassid. Later, however, the Zohar was owned by the Admor Rabbi Avraham Abish Kanner, his stamps from the time he was Admor in Jassy appearing on the three volumes.  

An important edition with new corrections: In Devar Emet at the beginning of section I, the printers say that they had followed "our fathers ... the Slavuta printers. When they printed the Zohar books in 1927 ... they saw fit ...  to print it in the format of Constantine edition" yet they added the Hagahot by Rabbi Chaim Vital appearing in Sefer Mikdash Melech which were found in a manuscript by Rabb Chaim Vital himself" [and were printed in the Kopust edition 1809-1810]. And "we searched some Sifrei Zohar and found correct versions and put them on the leaves ..." 

Thick, complete and bright leaves. Fine margins. Red edges.
