"Berditchover Siddur" - a most important Chassidic Siddur, printed shortly after the Holocaust at the DP camps in Germany.
Usually, books printed by She'erit Hapletah were fundamental books. It can be assumed that the printing of this Siddur, which was used by outstanding people, was rooted in the custom of the holy Admor the author of Shefa Chaim of Sanz-Klausenburg to pray precisely from this Siddur. The Admor who had just survived the inferno, while his entire family - the Rebbetzin and 11 holy children - perished in the Holocaust, established and headed the institutions of She'erit Hapletah in Germany, which included yeshivas, schools for girls, kosher kitchens and more. The Admor married thousands of orphans, with him serving as the chaperon of both the bridegroom and the bride.
Added at the end of this Siddur, with a separate title page, are Tehillim and Ma'amadot published by Yaffeh.
