abstract colour composition with broad glazing, partly impasto brushstrokes, acrylic on canvas, c. 2015, signed in lead lower right "Helsen", signed again on the reverse of the canvas "Helsen", framed in plain moulding, folding dimensions approx. 50 x 50 cm. Artist info: Belgian painter (born 1962 in Hoogstraten/Belgium), 1980-84 studied painting with Beppe Assenza, 1984-86 freelance artist and teacher, 1986-98 founded and directed a painting school at the NHV Dortmund, 1998-2011 lecturer at the Assenza Painting School Münchenstein/Basel, from 2012 freelance in Münchenstein, from 2023 active in Allschwil, since 2021 member of the Swiss Society of Women Artists, Source: Homepage of the artist.
