Antonio Romano (Italian/American/active in New Jersey/New York, 1953-2018), Folk Art Drawing of a Boxing Match inscribed 'Philadelphia 1902'. Watercolor and ink on paper. In an early 20th century carved giltwood and gesso frame.
Dimensions: Sight 17 1/2 x 25 1/2in; frame 26 1/4 x 30 1/2in.
Provenance: Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Collection.
Condition:
Framed and glazed. Not examined out of the frame. Minor toning and foxing to the paper (possibly intentional), otherwise appears to be in generally good condition overall. The frame with scattered losses to surface and gesso throughout.
