בשער הספר חתימה עתיקה: "שייך לי צבי הירשל.... דוד גלאאר"
בשולי דפי הספר (דפים 15, יב, כו, כז, כח) הגהות למדניות בכתב יד.
בעמ' שלאחר עמ' 27, חתימה: "צבי הירש גלאאר", "הערשל קליין".
מצב בינוני-טוב. סימני עש, וקרעים במספר דפים.
