ספר לטיני שנדפס בשנת 1613 [שע"ג], הכרוך בדף קלף מתוך חומש אשכנזי עתיק. [אשכנז, המאה ה-14, בקירוב].
הספר נכרך בדף קלף מחומש אשכנזי עתיק, הכתוב בכתיבה אשכנזית, מן המאה ה-14 בקירוב (קטע מפרשת תזריע, מתוך חומש בפורמט גדול, שהיה כולל בדרך כלל שלוש עמודות, ובו פסוק ותרגום כתובים זה אחר זה, ובשוליים ובין העמודות נכתבו המסורה הגדולה והקטנה).
לפנינו קטע מן הפינה השמאלית-תחתונה של העמוד, עם מספר פסוקים ותרגומם ועם מספר שורות קטועות מתוך המסורה.
הספר: P. Ovidii Nasonis Metamorphoseon liber XV, Sectionibvs. מינכן, דפוס Ex typographéo Bergiano, 1613.
גובה הכריכה: 15 ס"מ. רוחב הכריכה כולה: 20 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים ובלאי. סימני עש באזור התחתון של השדרה.
