Torah finials. United States (?), late 19th or early 20th century. Dedication dated 5684 (1924). Silver (Marked "84" and "sterling"), cast, repouseé, cut and engraved. Tall finials, consisting of two tiers and a crown, decorated with openwork and engraved foliate patterns. An eagle spreading its wings surmounts the finials. A dedicatory inscription in Hebrew appears on the shafts: "…Shlomo David Ben Yosef Bushel and his wife Leah Bat Mordechai in memory of their daughter Sarah ….1924". Height: 40 cm. Fair condition. Most bells are missing. Bends. Corrosion.
