פנקס חבר באגודת "עיר שלום, חברה הדדית לרכוש מגרשים ובנין בתים". יפו, דפוס מ. שהם, אדר תרפ"ג (1923).
פנקס, מודפס וממולא בכתב-יד, חתום בחתימת-ידו של הרב יעקב דוד בן-שלום (מנהיג קבוצת מייסדי רמת השרון, שנקראה בראשית דרכה על שמו – "עיר שלום"). הפנקס הונפק על שם המייסד משה נומברג, ובו רישום של שלושה תשלומים שהועברו לאגודה לצורך רכישת הקרקעות, בול קק"ל ובול הכנסה מנדטורי. נתון בכריכת בד מקורית עם מגן דוד והכיתוב "ציון".
[8] דף, 11 ס"מ. מצב בינוני-טוב. שפשופים וקרעים בשוליים בדף הראשון (עם נזק לרישום). ובלאי קל בכריכה ובשדרה.
