Geulat Yisrael, Parts I and II, selections from the Baal Shem Tov and Chassidic masters on verses, sayings of the Sages and Midreshei Peliah, by R. Yehoshua Avraham of Zhitomir. [Ostroh: Aharon Madpis and son Avraham, 1821]. First, rare edition.
Two parts, with divisional title pages.
The selections by R. Pinchas of Korets comprise a large part of the book. This is presumably the first anthology of the teachings of R. Pinchas of Korets to be printed.

[2], 31; 25 leaves. Missing first two leaves of Part II (title page and introduction). 19.5 cm. Greenish paper. Fair condition. Several leaves in fair-poor condition. Stains. Restorations with paper and acid tape to both sides of the title page of Part I and last leaf of the book (and several other places), on the text. Worming to several leaves, affecting text. New binding.
Rare Chassidic book. In most subsequent editions, only part of the book was printed.
