חמש כתובות מודפסות על קלף, עם מילוי בכתב יד סופר הקהילה וחתימות העדים הקבועים של הקהילה. אמשטרדם, דפוס יוסף פרופס, תקס"ג [1803]; דפוס דוד פרופס, תקע"ט [1818].
בכל הכתובות מסגרות מעוטרות באיורים דומים: מלאכים מנגנים בחצוצרות, בראש שער עם עמודים מעוטרים. בגולת הכותרת של השער מגן דוד עם סמל הקהילה האשכנזית באמשטרדם "קא"א", "קיה"א".
5 כתובות, 30-31 ס"מ. מצב משתנה, טוב עד טוב-בינוני. קמטים וסימני קיפול. כתמים וקרעים קלים.
