The manuscript opens with the text of the Counting of the Omer blessing, accompanying prayers and instructions in Yiddish. These are followed by the text of each day's count.
A small opening is cut into the paper over each day's text, with a foldable tab for indicating the days counted.
[18] leaves. 10.5 cm. Stains and wear. Tabs torn off and lacking in several places. New binding.
