תדפיס מאמר שהתפרסם בכתב-עת של "איגוד הרפואה האמריקאי" (American Medical Association) – ובו סקירה קצרה על כללי ההיגיינה והתזונה היהודית שמופיעים בתלמוד ובטקסטים יהודים אחרים.
