מכתב ארוך (2 עמ') בחתימת ידו וחותמתו של הגאון רבי אברהם יצחק הכהן קוק – הרב הראשי לארץ ישראל. [ירושלים], שבט תרצ"ב [1932].
נכתב במכונת כתיבה, וחתום בחתימת ידו המלאה של הרב וחותמתו. קריאה לרבני המושבות לחזק את עדת מרעיתם, בקיום "המצוות התלויות בארץ" והפרשת תרומות ומעשרות.
האגרת שלפנינו נתפרסמה ככרוז מודפס בשעתו (ראה: אגרות הראי"ה, במהדורה החדשה, ירושלים תשע"ח, ד, עמ' תצג-תצד, נספח לאגרת קסו). לפנינו האגרת המקורית בחתימת ידו של הרב, ממנה הודפס הכרוז הנ"ל.
