תעודה גדולה וצבעונית, חלקה מודפסת בדיו סגולה וזהובה, ירושלים, דפוס הרי"ן לעווי [שנות התר"ס], עם איורי המקומות הקדושים בארץ ישראל, וחלקה כתוב בכתיבה קליגרפית נאה, בדיו זהובה ובדיו שחורה.
"נזר גבאות קודש" ל"ישיבת בר יוחאי – בבית מדרשו של ציון התנא האלוקי הרשב"י". בתעודה נכתב כי הממונים "מקנים [לגבאי] ד' אמות קרקע מנחלתנו הקדושה אשר קנינו במירון סמוך ונשען להציון הק' הנז'[כר]...". התעודה שלפנינו ריקה, לא נכתב בה שם הגבאי ולא חתומים גבאי הישיבה.
